The ticket prices are $7.00/each for adults, and $5.00/each for students. We are offering group pricing of $20/family of 4, and $25/family of 5 or more. The tickets are labeled for assigned seating so make sure you reserve your spot soon.

Speech Department

Our speech department is in need of a few items to borrow for the upcoming play. If you have any of the items listed below that you would be willing to lend, please let the office know as soon as possible.

-desk, side table (entry way), window seat or a bench that opens, Victorian couch, Victorian arm chairs, or a round table.

Student Request for Absence

We have a new form for any high school student requesting to be absent from school. The parents will need to fill out the form listing the student’s name, grade, date(s) requested off, reason and parent signature. It is then the student’s responsibility to take the form to each individual teacher and have them initial and write any assignments that the student will miss. Once all teachers have initialed, the form needs to be turned in to the school office for final approval at least two school days prior to the requested days off. Forms are available in the school office.

Summer Soccer Camp
Mr. Mattocks will host a 3-day camp for kids in 1st-8th grade on Wednesday, June 6th through Friday, June 8th at the CCYSA soccer fields from 6:30-8:30 pm. A registration form and medical waiver has been uploaded on RenWeb.

Financial Information for 2018-2019
As you are already aware, we are in the middle of re-enrollment for the 2018-2019 school year. If you have not already done so, we would love for you to re-enroll at your earliest convenience. The registration fee is currently $150 and will increase to $175 on May 1st. The tuition rates for next school year have been uploaded. Please fill out the back "tuition calculation" page and send it in to the school office. You may apply for scholarships online through our website.

PTF (Parent Teacher Fellowship)

• Spring Spirit Wear Sale Spirit Wear is available to order! Spirit Wear sales are one of the largest fundraisers for the PTF. Proceeds are used to fund events such as the CBCA Breakfast, Teacher Luncheons, Season of Sharing Lunch, Teacher Appreciation Week, and much more. Check out all of our brand new designs, including a quick dryperformance fabric shirt and button down shirts for teachersadults. The Order Options and Order Form have been uploaded into the resource area on RenWeb and have also been attached for you. Order forms can also be picked up in the school office or sent home with your student by contacting Carrie Dunn . All orders are due to the school office no later than Monday, April 30.

• If you are willing to volunteer to serve pizza for an occasional Friday lunch, please contact Patty Frano at . The dates they are looking for help are: April 20, May 11, and June 1.

• The PTF strives to encourage the Faculty and Staff throughout the year, as well as create a partnership between the home and the school to promote the mission of the school. While there are supposed to be 5 separate offices, we have had a meager attendance this past year. It is a true team effort and your help would be most appreciated.


• The seniors are selling coupon booklets for local Meadville Businesses. Pictures of the coupons are on our facebook page. The cost is $10.00 per book, and are available through the school office or you may contact a senior directly. These coupons will be good through the end of 2018.

• 100% all natural Lip Balm - $3/each or 3 for $8.00. The three flavors available are: Sugar and Spice, Twisted Lemon, and Barely There Mint. Orders can be placed via e-mail to the school office, on the facebook page, or directly through a senior.

• The Seniors have a few extra pies for sale: 2 cherry, and 1 very berry. The cost is $12.00.

Development News

• Dr. Shok has graciously offered a full orthodontist treatment as a sponsor for the Serve-a-thon. This treatment is worth $5,000. We are asking any interested parents to send in a sealed bid of $2500 or more to Brian Williams. Bidding will close on Wednesday, April 20th at 8:30 am.

• We are seeking prayer partners to pray weekly over our 2018 Serve-A-Thon. If you are interested in being a part of this ministry, please contact Naomi DeFrancesco at 720-7480 or email at

• We have been given an opportunity to hold the Thunder Run on Memorial Day in Meadville. We will pursue this if we can get volunteers to help. If you are interested or available to help, please call the school office or notify Brian Williams.
